Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving incidents
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Configure and maintain telephone systems, including VoIP
Monitor and maintain network connectivity and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Identify and escalate incidents requiring further attention
Create and maintain documentation on incident management and support procedures
Develop and maintain positive relationships with end-users and stakeholders
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
Hands-on experience with telephony, networking, and operating systems
Solid understanding of incident management and problem resolution
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to end-users and other IT staff
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, Apple macOS, and Linux
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple incidents and requests
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience and training.
**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
