you will make an impact in the following ways:- Supervise the daily activities of production teams- Monitoring Safety, Quality and Production Efficiency KPI's and presenting them to Staff- Multidisciplinary work team- Build Effective Teams, Develop Talent, and Drive Engagement**Qualifications**To be successful in this role you will need the following:- Experience as a Production Supervisor or Leader in Automotive Industry- Bachelor's degree- Basic English Level- Personnel Management experience- Solving problems tools experience- Quality, Health & Safety High Engagement- Outlook and Microsoft Office knowledge, Excel (basic formulas)- Availability to cover 1stshift.- Availability to cover overtime, leave, vacation and any production requirement in different shifts.
