Our client is a multinational company, with a global presence, operating in the Fashion & Accessories market.
In order to support their business growth, we are looking for the **COUNTRY** **MANAGER MEXICO.
****Scope of the role**:Reporting to the CEO Nafta, the Country Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all the company's operations in Mexico.
This includes developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, expanding into new markets, and improving operational efficiency.
The Country Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as government officials, customers, suppliers, and partners.
**Responsibilities**:- Overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in the country- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and expand into new markets- Overseeing the budget and financial performance of the country operation- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and customers- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.- Liaising with Nafta head office and presenting quarterly/annual reports.- Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.- Managing a team of employees and contractors- Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times- Developing and implementing the country strategy in line with company objectives- Achieving sales targets and market share growth in the country/market of reference- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners- Managing country P&L;, ensuring profitability and cost control- Leading,
motivating and managing a high performing team- Ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a master's degree).- Postgraduate degree in sales, finance or similar is also acceptable.- Strong people-management skills.- Sensitivity to different cultural norms.- A people champion with excellent team-building skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude.- Exceptional analytical, presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities.- Fluency in English and Spanish**Job location**:Mexico City, CDMX**ABOUT US**:Consea promotes equal opportunity through affirmative action in employment.
