**Responsibilities**:- Serve as account manager to a vast portfolio of customers who own small businesses- Conduct monthly video calls with your clients every day to progress them along a defined marketing program suited to their business needs- Improve the marketing curriculum for small businesses- Educate customers on the opportunities within their business sector- Educate customers and set up marketing tools and strategies to scale their businesses- Understand our customer needs and demonstrate how the UENI platform can make a positive impact on their business- Work closely with other teams (e.G.
content, product, customer support) to deliver a great customer experience- Introduce UENI users to our different tools, services and products they can benefit from, and help onboard them where appropriate- Develop and maintain positive customer care experience and satisfaction- Provide comprehensive solutions to issues with customers' online assets (social media) or answers to marketing questions customers may have during the monthly video calls- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 2-3 years of experience in digital media and marketing or consulting- Demonstrable experience with small business marketing solutions- Experience developing good relationships with potential customers- Ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment- Passion for growth with excellent entrepreneurial and communication skills.
