Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational,
process).2 years of experience with operating systems, from the kernel to the shell, file systems, and client-server protocols.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Computer Networking (e.g., TCP/IP, Routing, Load balancing, etc.
).Experience with exploratory kernel debugging and performance analysis of containerized systems.Experience debugging workload issues across global, multi-node environments.Experience with basic web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.
