**:As a Sales Manager, you will drive the sales performance of specify products, systems or services in the business area in Motion,
specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.
You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
**This position reports to**:Local/Hub Business Unit Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.- Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration.
**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automation engineering.- 3-5 years of experience as Sales Manager.- Experience in sales of motors, drives and PLC,
with OEM is a plus.- Knowledge of administration in Salesforce.- Experience managing global agreements, pipeline opportunities.- Availability to travel.- Valid visa and passport.- Advanced level of English.
