In this position, you'll work closely with our partners and internal resources, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives.

What You'll Do:



Become an integral part of the Global Service Management TeamWork with both internal stakeholders and our Partners to create a customer experience model.Implement a governance framework that supports both the Partner and Eutelsat OneWeb's requirements.Develop, produce & present network performance reports that provide meaningful insights into all contracted services.Provide KPI and SLA management across your nominated Partner portfolios as defined in the contract.Manage the customer satisfaction program & embrace continual service improvement.Mentor our Partners on how to gain value from our Digital Products suite.Deliver fantastic results & delight our Partners through demonstrating value & driving positive customer experience.Act as a trusted adviser - Develop long-term relationships based on confidence & trust with the Partner.Provide direct support to business-critical Partners in the region.What You'll Need:



5+ years professional experience within the Satellite & Telecommunications spaceDemonstrated success in creating & developing customer relationship experience and governance frameworksProficient in Spanish and English (mandatory)Experience with Salesforce.com would be an asset
