***:**Responsibilities and Duties**:**Manage the business**:- Responsible for the successful carve-out of Dockers LATAM, from a shared to a dedicated business model- Establish a team and effective organizational structures (Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance etc.
), in partnership with peer Global Functional Leaders on the Dockers Leadership Team.- Own P&L; of Dockers LATAM,



accountable for annual business planning and performance versus targets**Clarify the Sales Strategy and Set up the Business for Success**:- Lead the Dockers LATAM Sales organization in the development and implementation of an Annual Financial Plan and Strategic Plan that is in line with evolving market trends and the competitor landscape in order to deliver identified sales KPI's (including sell-in and sell-out monitoring), revenue, growth, profitability, brand equity, and share- Lead the development of the account segmentation strategy- Lead the development of a channel of distribution strategy and identify new channels within which to drive growth- Represent Dockers externally, deepening relationships with accounts over time to deliver more value for the account partner and more revenue for Dockers.
This will include leading sales (market) meetings and sales launches.- Participate, as necessary, in negotiating sales contracts and agreements that drive profitable sales growth for Dockers- Work with sales teams and senior levels at accounts to ensure that brand positioning within an account/distribution channel aligns with the segmentation strategy and overall brand messaging- Highlight the risks and opportunities for achieving revenue and profitability targets to key stakeholders (internal and external)



and obtain necessary resources to address these in support of the sales organization- Provide input based on last year results in trends, SWOTs (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), customer feedback, etc.
