**Role**:As Jr. Media Buyer your role is to support our Sr. Media Buyer as they scale and optimize Google and Meta ad accounts.
In this role, you will help with implementation, creative strategy, optimization and testing on both platforms.
**Responsibilities**:- Launch and manage Ads campaigns across Google Search and Facebook.- Generate leads, form fills and phone calls for mental health practices.- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaign optimization.- Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign objectives.- Perform ongoing optimization of campaigns, including bid management, ad scheduling,
and targeting adjustments to maximize conversion rates.- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and optimize ad spend.- Ability to clearly report success and communicate effectively.- Ability to diagnose any problems in regards to tracking and then being able to fix those problems or swiftly delegate a resolve
