DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:The Risk Control and Compliance Department is responsible for managing our Compliance program preventing diversified risk and operation affairs associated with our lines of business, tracking industry-leading in compliance matters, developing an innovative and state of art integrity strategy to takle the new challenges emerging from technology ecosystem, for the purpose to protect sustainbale growth and maximinze business outcomes doing the right thing.To assist with the upkeep of the Compliance Program, we are searching for a Compliance Investigations Analyst with a lot of enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn and grow in a global team.Role Responsibilities:- Your primary responsibility as a compliance analyst for DiDi Pay Mexico is to conduct investigations into behaviors that are inconsistent with the company's core values.- Document the investigations cases to submit them to the local Disciplinary Committee.- Perform forensic investigations related to fraud.- Support the business to operate in compliance with all applicable internal policies and guidelines, and also with laws, regulations and industry standards.
You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and conducting regular compliance reviews.- Your job will also involve working closely with various departments within the Pay business, including legal, finance, and technical teams, to ensure that compliance is integrated into all areas of the business.
You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments that may impact the company and providing guidance to ensure compliance.- Additionally, you will be involved in training and educating employees on compliance matters, investigating any potential compliance violations, and working to improve and enhance the company's overall compliance program
