**POSITION OVERVIEW****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Enter, update, and verify data in databases and spreadsheets.- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by conducting regular quality checks.- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency.- Compile and organize data for reports and analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual cadence.- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.- Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.- Adhere to data entry deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.- 100% completion of daily/weekly/monthly Success Checklist.
**Desired Qualifications**:- Proven experience in data entry or a related role.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality.
