As an IAM Architect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our organization's digital assets.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain robust identity and access management strategies, policies, and technologies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to establish and enforce access controls, manage user identities, and mitigate risks associated with unauthorized access.Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational data and systems.- Design, deploy, and maintain IAM solutions, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity lifecycle management.- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document access requirements, user roles, and entitlements.- Establish and enforce access controls, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties (SoD) and principle of least privilege (PoLP) principles are followed.- Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security requirements.- Monitor and respond to access-related incidents, troubleshoot issues,
and perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.- Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate IAM-related audits and address audit findings and recommendations.- Stay up to date with emerging IAM trends, threats, and technologies, and assess their relevance and potential impact on the organization.- Collaborate with other security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other security controls, such as privileged access management (PAM), data loss prevention (DLP), and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.- Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on IAM policies, practices, and security awareness.What you bring- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- industry certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
or Certified Information Systems security professional (CISSP) are a plus.- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solution in large-scale enterprise environments.- In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, such as Identity management systems, SSO, RBAC, MFA, AD, and AAD
