and operating systemsSolid understanding of incident management and problem resolutionAbility to diagnose and resolve technical issuesStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment and provide support to end-users and other IT staffKnowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, Apple macOS, and LinuxAbility to manage and prioritize multiple incidents and requestsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience and training.
**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
