**About the Role**:This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, web development, and user experience design.
Experience with AI integrations is preferred.You are able to commit to 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in European time zones, ideally CET.
Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture.

**Please note that this is a self-employed role.
****You will focus on**:- Design and implement SharePoint solutions that align with business goals and user needs.- Develop and maintain the architecture for the company's intranet, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and efficient.- Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, forms, workflows, and web modules.- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional intranet features.- Ensure the intranet's stability, reliability, and performance.- Conduct training sessions for staff to improve adoption and effective use of the intranet.- Keep abreast of SharePoint updates and new technologies, recommending and implementing improvements.- Provide technical support and guidance for SharePoint users.
**You will bring**:- Proven experience as a SharePoint Engineer or similar role.- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and Office 365.- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
).- Understanding of network infrastructure and security principles.- Experience with user experience (UX) design and accessibility standards
