Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise and/or IT Service ManagementKnowledge of software quality assurance methodologiesStrong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and conciselyComplete other duties as assigned.
YOU MUST HAVEAt least 1 year of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration1+ year of ServiceNow IT Service Management and/or Customer Service Management module experience1+ years experienceas Quality Assurance Analyst.
