You will play a key role in driving the success of DiDi Food's business across Latin America by developing comprehensive training programs, crafting innovative learning materials, and ensuring that our teams are fully equipped to excel in a fast-paced and competitive environment.Role Responsibilities:- Conducting ongoing assessments to identify technical and skill gaps across different sales profiles and design targeted training programs to address these needs.- Overseeing a team responsible for creating a holistic and standardized training program for the sales force, ensuring consistent quality and delivery.- Building and implement a leadership development model to enhance the management capabilities of the sales leadership team.- Serving as a key agent in leading cultural transformation initiatives within the sales team to foster an innovative and agile environment.- Designing and manage the yearly training calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals, while maintaining control over the training budget.- Periodically assessing the success, effectiveness, and impact of the training programs, providing detailed reports on progress and impact.- Maintaining open communication with operational teams to identify and respond to new training needs arising from technological, operational, or market changes.- Tracking the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and other metrics, making real-time adjustments to optimize outcomes.Role Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
