**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The SAP ABAP Development manager will be responsible for development, delivery and sustainment of SAP Operations and HCM Latam projects.
The objective of this role is to manage the enhancements delivery for SAP Operations and HCM RICEFW work and ensure stability of the solutions in Production.
This role involves managing SAP developers and also partner with other IT orgs (such as I&O;, CTO, DevSecOps Value Streams, etc.)
to deliver projects from pursuit/estimation to deployment/Hypercare.This role manages the team 24*7 rotation schedule to ensure proper support for critical issues.
This role involves onboarding development teams togovernance standards and processes.
In addition,
this role requires ensuring design, development by our vendor partners are of high quality and ensuring strict adherence to PepsiCo's Global development processes and standards.
**Your Impact.
****As Manager SAP ABAP development/Sr Developer your scope would consist of**:- Manage the SAP Operations and HCM developments from estimation through sustainment.- Manage the resolution of SAP Operations incidents resolution as per the SLA.- Address the escalation in a timely manner.- Manage the governance for external development team.- Accountable for quality assurance of all SAP deliverables.- Provide inputs to SAP S/4, ECC, CRM, HCM and other SAP systems related development standards and improvements to our QA and governance processes.- Partner closely with external vendors, including onshore and offshore resources.- Ensures all quality,
compliance and fiscal standards are met.- Ensures effective resource utilization across the multiple sectors - AMESA, APAC, ESSA, NA and LATAM SAP teams.- Perform quality review for any code changes migrating to Production.- Ensure the knowledge transfer of project deliverables to sustain technical team.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?
