As a **General Services Analyst**, you will manage at an operational level the execution of general services (cleaning, fumigation, gardening, non-hazardous waste collection, parking lots, meeting rooms, and water for human use in productive plants).
You will report to the Maintenance and General Services Coordinator.
This Job is located in Polanco, Mexico City.
#LI-Onsite.
**Responsibilities**- Accomplish building maintenance through third parties- Implement project management under the supervision of the Coordinator- Use resources aligned with organizational goals.- Keep annual programs for accomplishing service activities updated- Create Internal requests for the acquisition of consumables and services.
**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.- 2.5+ years of professional experience in experience in General Services.- Experience with MS excel (can perform complex functions), and ERPs: Oracle or SAP.- Availability of mobility in Polanco, Santa María La Rivera, and Conscripto.Benefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.
