****Job Overview and Requirments**:**Role (Overview of the Position)**- Responsible for strategic planning AND execution with CEO and Director of Operations about client journey, client management, client communication, and client retention.- Responsible for input and creation of Standard Operating Procedures / SOP enhancements- Building relationships and retaining clients- Speak with clients daily over zoom/phone calls- Troubleshoot issues with clients/client marketing, and then delegate the "doing"- Creative input to enhance the operation towards continual excellence- Jump into the fire every day and move the needle forward**Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)**- Take initiative with everything,
every day!- Manage 20-30 Client Accounts- Conduct Client check-in calls- Communicate with Clients in Basecamp- Answer tactical/logístical questions when possible- Create tickets when necessary- Ensure we have received all needed assets according to the onboarding schedule- Complete Onboarding / Magazine / Campaign Launch Calls w/ Clients- Ensure successful Onboarding of new Clients- Complete tasks and projects associated with Account Management**Results (Expected Accomplishments)**- Keep Clients Happy!- Answer questions in a timely manner!- See things through to completion!- Set proper expectations for Clients + follow through!- Keep accurate records of interactions with Clients- Efficiently onboard new clients- Offboard clients- Facilitate and manage the creation of digital assets and website- Update Monday boards in real-time!
**Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)**- Understand all company products/services (Client & company)- Slack (learnable)- Branding / Direct Response Marketing Knowledge- Loom (learnable)- FreshDesk- Monday- Understand the Sales ProcessPay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
