As our Turnover Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that residential units are ready for new move-ins.

Your fluent speaking, reading, and writing skills **(C1 or C2 level)** will help you excel in this role.- You bring valuable experience!
With a** proven track record of 2 years managing vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors**, you're ready to take on new challenges.- Your schedule is covered!
We require full availability of 40 hours per week, **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central Standard time zone).

Your modern computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), high-speed internet connection, webcam, mic, and a comfortable working space are all you need.- ** Tech-savviness** is your strength!
You have strong computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office products, and a knack for quickly learning new software like Podio, Appfolio, and others.- You're a **multitasking** master!
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, you thrive in an environment where accountability is key.

As a Turnover Coordinator at GC Realty, you'll earn **$7-$10 USD/hour**, depending on your experience.- Work-life balance matters!
Although this is an** independent contractor role, we offer 10 days of PTO per year, US holidays are paid for and birthday PTO!
****How will you make a difference?
**- You'll be the **logistics mastermind**!
You'll ensure seamless operations as the main coordinator between third-party vendors, internal maintenance technicians, and residents.- Work orders and billing are your domain!
You'll manage **work order completion** and contribute to daily billing processes.- Teamwork makes the dream work!
By** assigning and coordinating** the right vendors and maintenance technicians,
you'll ensure that all parties are on the same page.- Residential units, ready for move-ins!
Your **proactive follow-ups** with external vendors and internal team members will ensure that everything is prepared for new residents.- Vendor compliance is your priority!
You'll **oversee and maintain compliance standards** to uphold our quality standards
