We prioritize accessibility, transparency, and sustainability in providing homeowners with reliable solar solutions.We are actively recruiting personnel to join our team providing remote marketing/sales and operational support for generating leads remotely.
Employees must be comfortable speaking with American clients via phone.

This is a fully remote position.
****Base pay is $650.00 USD per month plus additional bonuses.
****Job Responsibilities Include**:- Monitor phone lines for client questions, new customer info- Complete outbound sales calls using sales pitch script to generate leads for services- Bookkeeping, digital filing, data entry, and maintenance of records and paperwork- Source materials and vendors for projects- Communicate with vendors in a professional manner- Complete all tasks assigned within 72 hours.
**Qualifications and Skills**:- Must have previous experience working on the solar field- Some College education in related field preferred- English Fluency- Type 50 words per minute on average- Technical skills on computer (intermediate/advanced)- MS Office and MS Suite proficiency- Problem solving skills- Outstanding organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English- Discretion and confidentiality- Strong customer service skills- Strong phone communication skills**Compensation**:(Independent contractor 1099)**Job Type**:Part-time**Application Question(s)**:- Do you have strong phone communication skills?- At what level is your English?- When are you available to start training?
