**A University With a Global Reach: California Intercontinental University****SEO/Copywriting Specialist**The SEO/Copywriting Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online visibility and search engine ranking of California Intercontinental University.
This role involves optimizing website content,
conducting keyword research, implementing strategies to improve organic search results, and crafting compelling copy that aligns with brand messaging.
The SEO/Copywriting Specialist will work closely with the Marketing team to drive traffic and conversions through search engine optimization efforts and copywriting excellence.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for the university's business programs.- Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings, including landing pages, blog posts, and other digital assets.- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop on-page and off-page SEO strategies.- Monitor website performance and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.- Identify opportunities for link-building and outreach to improve the university's online authority.- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, search engine algorithm updates,
and industry trends.- Provide regular SEO performance reports and insights to the Marketing Manager.- Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and social media posts.- Ensure copywriting adheres to brand guidelines and messaging.- Assisted in developing SEO-friendly content and ensured it aligned with brand messaging.
**The minimum requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in SEO and/or copywriting.- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.- Ability to conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
and website optimization.- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.- Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Pay: $17,258.00 - $20,710.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- SEO: 3 years (preferred)- Copywriting: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
