**About the role**:We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
We have openings in three regions.
We will assign you a region depending on your location.
You will be focusing on enterprise sales, targeting mid-sized businesses.

**Key responsibilities**:**ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**- Engage with existing Members and assist them with their short term and long term business requirements- Cross-sell & Up-sell our products and services to our clients helping grow their business with us- Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure.- Work closely with support & product teams to help meet the clients needs- Offer a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity.
Ability to overachieve on department and individual targets.
**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**- Proactively prospect new opportunities to ensure that quarterly goals are met- Assist new customers with onboarding, providing product information and advice related to products and membership plans that best suit the customers' needs.- Follow up on MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead) generated from all our acquisition sources to ensure the right qualification and conversion.- Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure.- Ability to identify opportunities to up and cross sell products as per customers' requirements.- Complete call logs and reports where required.
