Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment._As a Technical Writer, you will independently manage and deliver high-quality documentation projects, demonstrating expertise in QAD products and user-focused writing.
As well as mentor and/or supervise a team of technical writers,

As well as mentor and/or supervise a team of technical writers and train junior staff to maximize work efficiency and guidance regarding SOPs.What you will do:- Efficiently create, merge, and maintain structured product documentation and release posts for assigned product groups.
Guide improvements to documentation content and processes, and suggest and balance priorities.- Ensure that product documentation is well organized in assigned projects by using internal and industry best practices in order to take full ownership of assigned documentation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.- Actively create or improve text, such as field labels or error messages, with a focus on your assigned product(s).- Provide effective and efficient reviews for content created by other technical writers,
based on relevant style guides.- Contribute changes that help the organization evolve the culture and best practices.- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members in order to plan and execute documentation projects effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Act as the Technical Writing lead for assigned projects and products in order to exhibit leadership and collaborative traits as a Senior.- Mentor other technical writers and team members regarding best practices and documentation knowledge processes, and advise junior writers to have maximum workforce efficiency.- Efficiently create, merge, and maintain structured product documentation and release posts for assigned product groups.
