**Summary & Objectives**The Human Resources Specialist will support the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in various human resources activities such as recruitment, team member relations, training & development, benefits administration, and talent management.
The HR Specialist will play a key role in contributing to Coastline Equity's success as we continue to grow and expand our services.
The HR Specialist will assist in promoting our company values and shaping a positive culture, aligning with our belief in investing in our team members and developing their talents.
**Essential Functions**- Recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.- Support the CAO in developing,
engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.- Help maintain HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.- Contribute to nurturing a positive working environment for all team members.- Administration of a performance appraisal system.- Support the maintenance of compensation and benefits programs.- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs.- Address team member demands, grievances, or other issues and support team member relations.- Help in ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
**Requirements**:- Previous experience as an HR generalist or specialist, with a strong focus on recruitment.- Detail-oriented and organized.- Basic knowledge of HR systems and databases.- Good communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the company.- Familiarity with labor law and HR best practices is a plus.- Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
