Leveraging PepConnect platform direct connection with Customers to ensure satisfaction providing visility,
follow up and valuable inisghts PepsiCo´s store execution and customer communication.
**Accountabilities****/ Responsibilities**- _Drives reward program execution consistency in the E2E, from Pepsi Connect upload, point of sales material arrival, customer rewads and problem solving_- _ Drive customers satisfaction agenda ensure timely and right visibility to customers, manage doubts and complains
