Team Introduction
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities:
1. Support central projects to drive platform growth and achieve multiple targets, including but not limited to campaigns, affiliate, content scenarios;
2. Able to conduct meticulous resource management, market research and other operational works with moderate guidance;
3.
Coordinate related cross-functional teams' resources to ensure the normal and orderly development and implementation of the projects;
4. Communicate with back-end support teams to keep optimizing infrastructure construction;
5. Conduct consistent tracking of project performance metrics as required, able to identify and come up with improvement plans for responsible projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate/Master/PhD;
2. English and Spanish proficiency is required;
3. Good interpersonal skills, strong ownership and result-driven, able to adapt to the flexible working cadence of the team;
4. Good understanding of the commerce industry and its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape;
5. Able to commit to working for at least 24 weeks.
Preferred Qualifications
1.
Familiarity with short video, live stream and content-based commerce platform in the local market;
2. Internship experience in commerce platforms or leading Internet companies is a plus.
