We are looking for a bright, driven individual who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and support our team, enabling the company to scale as we propel the business from the billion to the multi-billion revenue era.In this role, you will primarily support the Revenue, Cash, and Key Metrics team. As part of your role,



you will need to collaborate with Accounting, Treasury and the wider Finance & Strategy team. In addition to supporting the monthly reporting, analysis and forecasting process, you will have the opportunity to own KPI scorecards, dashboards, and financial data prepared for the Board of Directors. Most of your work will involve high-profile and high-visibility deliverables, with the ultimate audience being our CFO, SVP of Finance, and the Board. We are a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately. This team has a proven track record of developing and launching some of our most promising finance talent.Responsibilities:Support the Revenue reporting, analysis, and forecasting process - follow the calendar in collaboration with the Corporate team, and communicate results succinctly to management.Support the Cash reporting, analysis,



and forecasting process - drive accuracy and timeliness as set by the month/quarter close calendar.Own the production of monthly and quarterly KPI scorecards by collaborating with the data owners to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data.Maintain a centralized source of truth for all CFO and external reporting, ensuring compliance with our data integrity policy.Document existing processes related to Revenue, Cash, and Key metrics by coordinating with the broader Corporate team.Implement improvements and automation to streamline current processes.Tackle new and evolving priorities for the team, including ad hoc analyses.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting2+ years of relevant Financial Modeling or FP&A; experienceHighly adept in Excel and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides). Working knowledge of SQL, NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive,



or other planning tools a plusStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data issues/needs quickly.Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate complex analytics, goals, and recommendations.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.Positive attitude with high aptitude to learn new things quickly.
