The Project Compliance Coordinator will be working in conjunction with multiple stakeholders including Project Manager(s)



on a number of projects for our high-profile commercial client.
We are looking for someone who can produce work independently, work collaboratively and have experience in delivering as a consultant in a client facing capacity.
The role is Mexico City based.
The Project Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting Project Managers in the delivery of a range of construction projects across Mexico and Latin America.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in working in the construction industry and/ or project coordination experience.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a Project Compliance Coordination role or Document Control role.
Ideally your experience will be in Commercial Office or Retail projects.
- General understanding of the procurement process and contract types for appointing a General Contractor, Engineer and Architect.
- Experience managing and inputting information into a shared database.
- Experience establishing purchase orders, budget variations, and payments to vendors.
- Proficient with collaborative software including SharePoint.




- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular a strong understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to problem solve and manage client expectations.
- Polished individual who demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Passion and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative high paced environment.
- Commercial awareness - ability to recognize business opportunities based on Turner & Townsends wider scopes of service delivery.
- Information technology capability - Adequately proficient on the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel), SharePoint and Oracle experience is desirable.
Training will be provided for client software packages.
