We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Process Engineer**, based in **Apodaca, Nuevo León, México **(E-Systems-Electronics Division).
As a process engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to boost and enhance Process Engineering team to achieve the expected results for the plant performance.
**Your Task will be**
- Assure the correct implementation of the equipment tests requirements and specifications
- Creation and maintenance of the test's coverage documents
- KPI's monitoring to the implementation of solutions to improve the KPI's
- Develop and monitoring of robust maintenance routines that help to improve the equipment utilization
- Support the quality initiatives and corrective actions to prevent nonconformance product escapes.
- Procuring the necessary equipment to implement the engineering changes
- Software maintenance and control (Master Software list)
- Assure the spare parts availability
- Trouble shooting development for every team and a training plan to the technicians
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/Mechanics engineering or any related field
- PFMEA's knowledge and previous implementation
- English intermediate/advanced
- 3-5 years of experience on the automotive industry in similar positions
- Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis, decision abilities, problem solving skills.
