Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations for our property management business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn and contribute to the teams success.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the property manager with leasing, invoicing, tenant follow-ups, marketing, and other daily activities.Handle communication with tenants regarding inquiries, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.Maintain accurate and organized records of property transactions and documents.Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and repairs.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and generate leads.
Qualifications: Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Friendly demeanor and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in property management or real estate.Familiarity with property management software.Strong customer service skills.
