CIB - Wholesale Payments Business Transformation executive - Executive Director (Brazil or Mexico)

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Lead initiatives/projects to resolve diverse problems identified by the Wholesale Payments management team in Latin America
- Lead and develop solutions in partnership with other market players
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with multiple senior stakeholders
- Develop strategic business cases under the transformational agenda of the line of business
- Gather,



synthesize, and creatively analyze data (e.g., financial modeling, valuation analysis) to provide insights, identify issues and arrive at recommendations
- Monitor industry trends and shares insightful reports and analyses with broader team and with senior executives
- Create and/or contribute to an environment of collaboration and mutual responsibility
- Simultaneously work on multiple projects across the entire WP organization
- Develop innovative solutions to transform the business model and product offering

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, consulting or business management related roles
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources




- Demonstrated experience with consulting toolkit / broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approaches.
Strong negotiating skills
- Strong client management and executive-level communication skills
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Ability to continually review procedures and recommends changes to improve quality and/or eliminate unnecessary duplication of work, costs and/or bureaucracy while minding for existing team culture and relationships




- Understanding of risks inherent in functions and considers risk in interactions with clients/ internal partners and controls risks; understands the regulatory environment faced by the business and structures recommendations accordingly; promotes a strong control environment; fosters an environment where risk/control issues are escalated
- MBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier program is preferred
- Both experience in financial services industry and knowledge of the Latin America region are a must
