**Primary Responsibilities**
- Product Manager is responsible for the entire suite of products and services offered to Corporate & Institutional and Commercial clients in Mexico.
- To execute the Global Core Trade strategy in helping to transform Core Trade into a client-centric, growth-orientated product group.
- To establish JP Morgan as one of the leading Core Trade services provider in Mexico.
- To continually develop the products set and leverage other Payment Products to create combined solutions and cross sell strength.
- Drive exceptional performance in Core Trade services in order to drive profitability through maximizing price and minimizing Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) utilization.
- Work with Channel delivery,
Operations and Technology in order to develop digitization and focusing on client experience for our clients.
- Develop a culture of teamwork, working closely with the Trade Sales Specialists, Corporate Bankers and other JPMorgan Product Groups to aggressively grow the Core Trade product set while meeting customer needs.
- Provide thought leadership and direction in the region.
- Represent the firm in public forums.
**Manage Activities**
- Execute against the Global Core Trade product strategy and supporting offerings to achieve the business growth targets in conjunction with Global and Regional Corporate / FI Trade services partners.
- Manage the P&L; of the LATAM Core Trade product and services.
- Develop cross sell proposition within Payments.
- Execute Global Core Trade expansion into Central America
- Lead engagement with external parties (ex: third party service providers).
- Create innovative Core Trade products and advices.
- Ensure appropriate development of supporting risk and credit policies.
- Ensure a disciplined approach to managing the risk in specific transactions.
- Ensure appropriate levels of expertise in Sales and Relationship Management to effectively introduce solutions to corporate customers regionally.
- Ensure service delivery is a key part of the solution design.
- Ensure appropriate program management of operational and technical delivery.
**Experience**:
- BA/BS in Management, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Finance discipline or related function with additional experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Trade Operations and Sales
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in a financial services discipline
- Excellent leadership skills across multiple functional areas, including Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing and at Senior levels
- Ability to liaise with Legal, Compliance, Finance and other internal groups to deliver results
- Exceptional written, presentation and oral communication skills
