**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze tax records and prepare worksheets to support return preparation...
- Prepare tax returns with varying complexity
- Participate in tax and research assignments to achieve an accurate and efficient product
- Review operating agreements, letters of intent, purchase agreements, and other legal documentation related to tax transactions
- Prepare work papers to support partnership allocations, basis adjustments, and tax transactions
- Provide accurate and timely tax and accounting processing support.
- Conduct basic tax research to interpret tax filing requirements
- Review, assemble and processed accounting and tax reports.
- Organize and assemble tax returns.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2 years of experience and strong knowledge in Local Taxes.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel
- Ability to multitask
- Intermediate level of English.
