**- L'Oréal is in a period of growth and transformation in data and is building dynamic and multidisciplinary teams from different backgrounds to deliver on our exciting mission to accelerate the company's Beauty Tech transformation._- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced _**_Digital IT - Platform Excellence Coordinator _**_to join our team._**INTERESTED?
****THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!
**- Plan, deploy and manage the delivery of the projects related to Platform Excellence (Accessibility, Analytics/Tagging, Performance and SEO) for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore and Local platforms across Canada and LATAM- Work closely with BRMs (Business Relationship Managers),
Business and Digital IT teams to understand and align priorities to provide costs and capacity to plan accordingly the different needs they may have.- Engage with external partners to define project timelines, costs and deliverables while making sure estimates are consistent with the needs.- Partner with Zone Digital IT (Americas) and Global Teams to ensure consistency/compliance in our digital ecosystem and according to the global standards.- Ability to provide guidance and share best practices in a proactive way to solve common challenges related to platform excellence.- Scale solutions towards excellence while proactively maintaining business expectations across Canada and LATAM- Demonstrate ability of innovative thinking and propose new ideas and solutions while keeping a pragmatic eye.

**Requirements**:- 3 to 4 years of experience working in digital projects related to Web Development, IT Project Management, eCommerce, and/or Digital Marketing- Background in Computer Science or related areas - Desirable but not limited- Full proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is mandatory
