**Customer Care Representative****What you need.
**- Need to have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Spanish and English- Patience - you'll encounter customers that might need extra support and you will need to be consistent in how you provide help, including your tone and effort.- Need to follow all call models/policies and procedures.- Basic skills, multitask person (example as typing while talking to a customer) system navigation,
as well as familiarity with programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.- Use product knowledge to suggest items to customers and properly inform them on product choice.- Patience - you'll encounter customers that might need extra support and you will need to be consistent in how you provide help, including your tone and effort.- As example provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, directing customers to the right departments, handling billing, accounts changes or any other customer needs.- Know our process, and properly inform customers of and manage customer expectations around it.- Maintain all quality, productivity, and reliability**Requirements**:- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment.- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include early morning, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, especially when we hit peak seasons.- Empathy- Clear communication skills- Bilingual (English and Spanish spoken)- Effective listening- Typing skills 21 WPM- Grammar 80%- Basic Math needed- Previous auto loan experience preferred.
