**What You Will Do**:As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for restaurant partners, ensuring their successful integration and performance within the client's virtual brand network.
Key responsibilities include:- **Partner Onboarding**: Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process,



ensuring they understand and can execute brand standards.- **Relationship Management**: Maintain strong, positive relationships with restaurant partners, regularly checking in to ensure their needs are met.- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and report on partner performance metrics, offering additional support or training as needed.- **Problem Solving**: Address any operational challenges or customer service concerns quickly and effectively.- **Communication**: Serve as the liaison between restaurant partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing insights on partner performance and identifying potential upsell opportunities.- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for partners on new processes or updates.
**What You Bring**:- **Experience**: 2+ years in account management preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.- 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.- **Detail-Oriented**:



Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.- **Proactive**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate partner needs.- **Adaptability**: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
**Compensation**:- **Salary Range**: $1600 - $2000 USD per month, depending on experience.- **Benefits**: Flexible work schedule, remote work environment, 15 days of PTO, and 15 paid holidays annually.
