**About the Role**: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot product or service issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions, problems, and solutions in our CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding common customer challenges to improve products and services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services,
and promotions to provide accurate information.
**Requirements**:**Qualifications**:Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in customer service software, CRM systems, and remote communication tools.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
