Our processes, services, and tools serve as a key entry point for an extensive set of IT and non-IT users seeking and providing support of IT services and products across the globe for PepsiCo.We are seeking a Change & Release Management Analyst.This position is on the Global Service Management team as part of the IT Strategy & Transformation organization.
The role reports to the Service Transition Manager for North America and Global Changes and Releases.
**Responsibilities****Accountabilities**This role performs deliverables under two major categories.- Release Management Analysis.
This role works closely with Functional Release Managers across IT in North America and some global teams
