**Reason for the role**:- This is a part-time position with room to move to full-time as the local team grows.
Given the nature of this role, we are looking for someone who is willing to be in our Mexico City office space a minimum of twice a week.
You have flexibility on the hours of work as well as which days are in-office vs work from home.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:Be a key contact for all team members on office, people operations and HR matters -Support stakeholder groups with all Office & HR Vendors -Be responsible for the regions administrative functions in partnership with our global team and PEO -In partnership with the L&D; Team, support your team in executing ongoing professional development & learning -Keep a pulse on the most innovative People + Culture practices, with the goal of contributing to making Deliverect a world class employerCoordinate distribution or IT equipment and Welcome packages -Identify, investigate, and respond to compliance needs ensuring our policies and practices align with all required government standards.




-Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to assess culture/work fit through the recruitment process and in interviews -Lead and support with event planning or office catering, as requested -Lead and support various people or administrative initiatives and ad hoc programming/reporting as requested**Job Requirements**:3+ years of experience as an HR/People + Culture Generalist, preferably within a hyper-growth tech company.
-A bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in Human Resources and People Operations -Strong communication skills (written and verbal) that fosters trust and enhance positive working relationships.
-A strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while moving quickly.




-An understanding of Google Suite, Slack, HRIS and ATS systems and Zoom Experience with a wide range of HR matters while remaining kind, compassionate and approachable -A love for automation and process improvement
