**Who you are**:- Strong business acumen with detailed understanding of all FCTG brands and businesses and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders- Customer focused, providing outstanding service to internal business partners and other teams- An excellent communicator who presents ideas and concepts logically and clearly, practices information sharing and active listening- Strong interpersonal skills in the context of internal and external parties.
**Key Responsibilities**- Develop structured approach and framework for resolving key business problems- Present clear recommendations to Flight Centre management- Proactively identify key stakeholder groups- Seek input from stakeholders and respond to stakeholder queries- Clearly communicate key business outcomes with stakeholders- Develop and effectively present coherent, well-structured negotiating positions- Build long-term relationships with negotiating partners- Agree service quality levels with business partners- Ensure delivery of HR services at agreed levels- Understand impact of changes in competitive global labour market- Develop and evaluate strategic option set in response to these changes- Contribute to FCTG strategy development**Position Requirements**:- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources- Intimate knowledge of generalist HR policy,
procedures & practice.- Bilingual Spanish/English- Proven successful performance in HR or Advisory role in a large organization.- Knowledge of future trends in HR and ability to think strategically to create innovative future HR practices- An understanding of the alignment of all HR practices with organizational strategy and business outcomes.
