**Director of Sales at GetInkAdmin****[SUMMARY]**Join GetInkAdmin as a **Director of Sales** and be at the forefront of transforming tattoo shops into thriving tattoo studios.
As a key member of our team, you will engage with our clients, & manage/scale a winning sales team.
We are a one of a kind solution and you will be contributing to our mission of reshaping the digital landscape for tattoo studios.
**[DESCRIPTION]**In this role, you will:- Manage & scale our sales team.- Measure and track KPI's to provide feedback/ coaching.- Interact with our clients to receive feedback.- Build new systems.- Gain sales experience in a new industry.

****[KEY SKILLS]**- Previous experience in managing sales teams, sales, customer service, or appointment scheduling.- Familiarity with the tattoo industry.- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to unique voices within the industry.- Tech Savviness is a MUST: At the very least, being able to utilize Google Workspace with ease.- i3 or Ryzen 3 computer with at least 8GB of RAM is a MUST.- Remote work experience (desired but not essential).
**[SALARY RANGE]**(Monthly) MX $20,000 + Commissions* (*Commissions offered after graduating from training).
**[SCHEDULE]**Sunday-Friday: 10am-6pm PSTSaturdays off.
