Role Description: As Head of Content for Cosign, you'll lead a fast-growing startup's content strategy while working with a dynamic, motivated team focused on setting new industry standards. Through market analysis and data-driven research, you'll uncover key insights and create compelling narratives that inform and engage our audience.



This role spearheads our market intelligence initiatives, transforming complex real estate trends into content that resonates - whether that's through insightful analysis, engaging storytelling, or clear market guidance.

1. Develop and publish engaging and analytical content focusing on multifamily trends and market analysis
2. Design and implement strategic content initiatives across digital platforms
3. Conduct thorough analysis of local, regional, and national real estate markets
4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of real estate market dynamics, regulatory changes, and economic indicators
5. Create and manage multimedia content, including data visualizations, market reports, and trend analyses all with the goal of maximizing content engagement
6. Implement data-driven content optimization strategies to maximize reach and engagement
7. Maintain consistent brand messaging and editorial standards across all platforms
8. Lead multiple concurrent projects from ideation through execution

Basic Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of marketing and editorial experience
2.



Bachelor's degree in journalism, creative writing, English, marketing, or communications from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college
3. Working knowledge of content optimization principles
4. Demonstrated long-term commitment to previous roles
5. Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality content while meeting deadlines
6. Expert research capabilities, including conducting primary source interviews
7. Superior editing and proofreading abilities
8. Exceptional command of grammar and spelling

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in content optimization and digital strategy
2. Strong collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
3. Ability to excel on small tech-forward and fast-moving teams
