**This is an on site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses.
**A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both English and Spanish.
- Provide effective and courteous assistance, addressing customer inquiries and issues.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and relay feedback to relevant departments.
