**Higher Education Marketing** offers customized marketing solutions to education institutions around the world, including lead generation, SEO strategies, web design, social network strategies, content marketing, analytics, and a tailored CRM solution.
Our clients include universities, business schools, language schools, career colleges, K-12 schools, and other organizations.As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a full-time Software Product Manager to join our team.
This person will be responsible for helping to shape and execute our software strategy going forward (CRM, Application Portal, Student Information System).
**Responsibilities**:- Working on the product positioning and marketing strategy for our Software.- Working closely with the Director of IT Solutions and the development team to update the roadmap for software feature additions, based on market needs analyses.- Managing software project scope by making trade-offs between competing software requirements, such as time vs. cost and software security vs. speed.- Tracking progress against plan and resolving any variances as soon as they are identified.- Preparing digital sales support materials for markets on several continents.- Designing a process and sales funnel to sell the SIS solution from the web site and seeing to its integration.- Developing a short-term and long-term sales funnel using various marketing tools and strategies.- Conduct weekly software demos to potential customers.
**Required Competencies**- Fluent in English (written and verbal)- Fluent in French (written and verbal)- 3+ years-experience in e-commerce,
specifically in generating sales for software services.- 3+ years of experience in software sales.- 3+ years experience in online lead generation.- 3+ years experience with CRM and Marketing Automation.- 1+ year in software strategic planning- Experience in digital advertising is an asset**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $39,500.00 - $49,500.00 per month**Experience**:- full-time software sales: 3 years (required)- online lead generation: 3 years (required)- CRM and marketing automation: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- French (required)Application Deadline: 14/09/2024
