**Responsibilities**:1.
Handle the disposition process for our real estate properties, including listing, marketing, and selling.3.
Set appointments for potential buyers to view properties and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth process.4.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, buyer interactions, and appointment schedules.5.
Provide excellent customer service to potential buyers by answering their inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the property viewing process.6.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies and generate leads for property sales.7.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values,
and industry regulations to provide accurate information to potential buyers.8.
Assist in negotiating sales contracts, coordinating inspections, and facilitating the closing process.
**Compensation**:- Hourly rate: USD $5/hr plus commission**Requirements**:1.
Can speak _**English**_ and _**Spanish**_ fluently (resume MUST be in English)2.
Experience in real estate sales, appointment setting, or a related field is a plus.3.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.5.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other real estate tools.6.
Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.7.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.8.
