**Project Impact**- Create exceptional digital experiences for amazing challenger brands- Manage and partner with a multidisciplinary team to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges- Lead multiple design projects in a hands-on manner across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to definition to final production- Help teams deliver concepts and designs by way of information architecture, personas, user journeys, wireframes, flows, and prototypes**The Expertise**- 8+ years of experience creating incredible digital experiences in an agency environment, with a focus on UX- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present work to clients and internal audiences in a manner that makes the complex feel and sound compelling and straightforward- Proficiency with design, prototyping, and presentation tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite,
