**What you will do**- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Key Stakeholders in the Business- Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to confirm desired profile and develop a sourcing strategy for open position- Lead and provide evaluation feedback through data integration meetings for final hiring decisions- Interface with third-party staffing agencies as required**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field- At least 3 years of related recruiting experience.- Portuguese & English languages advanced proficiency- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.- Experience in engaging and managing hiring managers**Preferred Qualifications**- Previous experience in a search firm / agency.- Recruiting for LatinAmerica and/ or knowledge of LATAM talent market and stakeholder management in the region.
