This position ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices to mitigate risk and strengthen operational efficiency.Your ImpactAs Procurement Control & Compliance Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:The function holder is covering for LATAM & North America sectors.Responsibilities: Internal Controls AssessmentEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls across various business processes and systems.Identify control gaps,
deficiencies, and areas for improvement.Process and Policy DocumentationDevelop and maintain process flowcharts, control narratives, and policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.Compliance MonitoringEnsure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.Support audits (internal and external) by providing documentation and explanations as needed.Training and AwarenessSupport training initiatives to promote awareness of internal controls and compliance requirements across the organization.Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of control consciousness and accountability.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Bachelor´s degree2 to 3 Years of experience in Procurement/Order Processing/Policy ControlAdvanced EnglishComfortable working within global organizationIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programs according to Leadership skills.Specialized training according to the role
