Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition and onboarding- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate values and culture- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate training sessions on HR policies and procedures- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system to ensure effectiveness, compliance,
and equity within the organization- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures- Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewingQualifications:- Proven working experience as an HR Generalist or relevant experience- Excellent knowledge of HR functions such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.- Strong ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes- Ability to conduct research on various HR topics and stay updated on industry trends- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPay: $120.00 - $172.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Remote
